I had broken down on a Saturday night, coming back from Thunder Bay. I managed to get to the dealership before it died and wouldn't start. I was towing my 5th wheel and was allowed to stay in the used car parking lot. They prioritized my repair due to my circumstances and had me back on the road on Tuesday morning. They had to overnight a part from Paris Ontario. They shuttled me between garages and kept me well informed about the progress of my repair. When they realized I wouldn't be able to leave until Tuesday, Rob offered to send their shuttle over to bring me to a store in the event I needed to pick up anything. The service, diagnosis, eventual cost and resolution, restored my faith and trust in Ford dealerships. The experience was great and would recommend anyone to go to Stockfish Ford for service. If I lived in North Bay, after this experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Our salesman, Guy was very helpful explaining all the techy stuff about our Ranger. Very friendly, as well as followed up after purchase, and said to come in or call any time if we had questions. All staff from finance to parts department were helpful and professional. I will deal with them in the future.

I took my 2021 F150 in for its scheduled oil change and I was very pleased with the process. Friendly polite service advisors. The shuttle driver was very friendly and we had a great conversation. The truck was completed on schedule and I was pleased with the entire experience.

My wife and I have been dealing with stockfish ford for over 20 years. Specifically salesman Frank Caruso. Our experience has been phenomenal. We presently have 2 ford edges and are very satisfied. As well the service department led by John are always so helpful and professional. So our future vehicle purchases will be with Frank Caruso and George Stockfish. John in service is the best also

i had the idear 2 turbo on 6 cilender alluminiom body to race againts v8 i got more creation but no pay .it all god. not to bad for schizophrenic.

Despite my vehicle not being purchased there, they always treated me super good, excellent service. Service advisors work for their client and not just to charge you the max each time you go in for a repair. I think their prices are also fairly reasonable comparing to other garages.
