Was 700km from home when my Mustang threw out a service code. I was close to Stockfish Ford, so I pulled in. Janet in Service indicated that the repair dept. was very busy, but she took the time to go online to see that my low battery was the reason. She suggested i get a trickle charger until I can get a new battery installed. Then she cleared the code in the car, and sent me on my way. A big shout out to Janet, she's a valuable asset to Stockfish Ford.

I always deal with Mark Lyon for all my purchases and there have been a few in the last years from personal vehicles and trucks to add into my fleet for my lawn care business. Mark always knows exactly what I need and he delivers with no hesitation at all. He is one of the greatest car salesman I’ve have ever worked with and he will have a client for life when it comes to my vehicle purchases. Then you have Chrissy in the finance department and she also is absolutely wonderful to deal with does not waste any time with me on my purchases as she also knows exactly what I’m looking for. The only problem is the service department that has been somewhat difficult to deal with but I deal with the complications there when they come about. I dealt with Frank Caruso and I am so impressed with his customer service skills and knowledge.
