Most people have a friend or someone they know who can check out a vehicle to see what is required for certification. Our customers have found that by buying a vehicle “AS-IS” and taking care of the safety themselves, they can save money. For this reason, Stockfish Ford keeps an inventory of “AS-IS” vehicles rather than sending them to the auction. These vehicles are being sold as-is, unfit, not E-tested and are not represented as being in a road worthy condition, mechanically sound or maintained at any guaranteed level of quality. The vehicles may not be fit for use as a means of transportation and may require substantial repairs at the purchaser’s expense. It may not be possible to register the vehicle to be driven in its current condition.
